How to calculate the number of times invoice is done for POs

Hi ,

I want to make  a report where i want to know that how many times invoices are done for a POs.

Please refer the image attached ,

i want to know that how do i get the report where it says that for this po 3 times invoices are done. i have captured the image from PO order history.

Please help .
