Yeah , the instance has been created and the the status also updated as 'APPROVED' as shon in the last screen shot in the question.
Regarding the constant option , I am aware of the declaration and use of the constant but I think its the same thing ultimately as the constant will contain the same value itself but will try the same to check this option as well.
The strange thing is the same condition works in another system in an existing WF but this time I am creating the template following the existing one in a new system and its not working.I have checked the SWU3 configuration as well in the new system, that looks fine.
