The steps to upgrade from 1 SP to another are pretty much standard and are covered in the most recent upgrade guide available on Service Marketplace. in summary you will backup the system database, uninstall the old SW version, Install the new version, and run a series of upgrade scripts on the database using the DBIMPORT tool. Once these scripts have successfully executed the system can be started andis ready for use. You should get and review the upgrade guide as the steps are outlined in more detail.
