order cannot be teco due to status CRCR

Hi,

I would like to request your expertise on my issue. My PI sheet was not able to create a message when they cancel the recipe in CO60. Due to this I cannot TECO my order because of status CRCR and since there is no message in CO54 i cannot send the message. I'd like to ask on how can i change the status in CO60 since i dont have access to transaction CO57 to create a message?
