The C:\Program Files (x86)\Tivoli\cit\bin\hdump_ia32.exe Tivoli failure may not be related to your crystal report open error in CMC, though.
The reason is that according to your previous message "Fail to resolve parameter prompting result.: CMC", your Tomcat7 server throws page 404 on /AnalyticalReporting/WebiView.do error. This seems to be a web files not been deployed properly due to corrupt SP7 upgrade or browser compatibility issue.
Have you test the crystal report open in CMC work flow using IE9/10/11, Firefox, and Chrome browsers to validate they all fail the same error? If so,
- KB 1936613 - Error message "Etat HTTP 404 - /AnalyticalReporting/WebiView.do" when trying to view Web Intelligence report - XI3.1 suggests to redeploy AnalyticalReporting war file, and so is
- KB 1379092 - Error: 'HTTP Status 404 - /AnalyticalReporting/WebiView.do' while viewing Webi Report
The provided CMC log is not revealing much info. It'd be better if you can check out stderr.log in Tomcat7 log folder.
