ChaRM Workflow

Hi,

I am an SAP R/3 Workflow consultant, I have a project on ChaRMS WF to implement.

I need to know whether ChaRMs WF is similar to SAP Workflow?

If yes, where can I get a guide on how to implement it.

If not, what skill is required for an ChaRM WF project.

If I wish to give a demo on ChaRM, is there a guide/doc/link which will help me?
