Hi all,
We are facing serious issue while creating KM content as showed in below images, some properties (Creating New Folder, Lifetime, multiple Upload...) are missing. some time users are able to see some times not, and some properties are missing after clearing browser history/cache. we cross checked all possibilities and tried restarting portal also but no use. please suggest what we will do it is needful for me. We are using SAP Portal 7.00 SP20.
