The PB.Net IDE is just too <curseword> slow to be of any real productive use.
They would be better off re-writing the IDE in PowerBuilder to support Classic, .Net, Android, iOS using the new docking window feature of 12.6. The .IDE should include a .Net Winforms target. The code editor in the IDE should be .Net aware when editing a script in a .Net target. It should also generate directly to MSIL instead of C#. Conversion of classic targets to .Net should be Winform only, WPF should only be for new. And when creating the WPF painter in the new IDE, eliminate the make believe inheritance of the XAML files.
