Have you checked

- SAP Note 1951158 - SAP Contact Center 7.0 - IVR Samples
- SAP Contact Center 7 documentation / IVR Development Guide . Especially Appendix 2 could be helpful if you plan to add "check if input valid" or "check if agent present" before attempting the transfer.
Also it would be good to plan proper handling for cases "tranfer failed", "no input", and "invalid input" etc to avoid unwanted loss of contacts.
