There are 2 major Business Roles delivered by SAP in ITSM
- SOLMANREQU - for ITSM end Users (can be assign via pfcg role SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANREQU)
- SOLMANPRO - for Processors( can be assign via pfcg role SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO)
remember you need to create end user ID with BP in Solution Manager system and then assign Incident Management Requester roles to them in addition to above business role then only they can create a ticket or confirm a ticket via solman work center or ITSM etc.
