I think we are getting somewhere..
With direct picking when I have SKUs in 916 they are all packed and ready to ship I don't have to do anything other than loading them. we pick and pack in one step.
I am having trouble connecting dots with 2 step how items will be pack ready in 200? with LT0E you are still picking for a group and not to a delivery.. Can you pack while LT0E? if yes then how does system assigns that HU to delivery?
Lets say you are picking a group of 10 deliveries, the way I understand is at end of LT0E stock worth of all 10 deliveries are in 200 and no updates have been made to any delivery. At LT42 the actual delivery TO gets created and packing/assignment of HU to delivery takes place. And that is where I am finding it hard to understand how efficiently I can pick for one delivery from stock pile worth of 10 deliveries.
