Re: using prompt output in a formula

Hi,

if you have merged the dimensions, then prompts will merge too.. Just use

(UserResponse(Enter values for Customer No:"))

And select Customer No , Customer No-Key and the above variable on the report columns.. Validate if user response matches with Customer text or key value.

Try with the dimension which matches with User entry.

If possible post a screen shot.
