Hello Everyone,
We are looking to process a new hires from HCM into SAP IdM a few days earlier then their designated start date (rather than on the day).
We do not want to affect HCM transfers or terminations with above change – only new hires. This is to allow AD account to be set-up in advance of person starting so that other IT activities can be completed.
Any easy way to achieve this in LDAP extract, or in VDS or in HCM to IdM pass?
Just want to find out if anyone has implemented this kind of solution. What are the ways of achieving this?
