Integration with share point and Sales force CRM

Hi guys,

We have a requirement where we need to use BODS to take metadata from sharepoint files ,do a little transformation and upsert data into Sales Force CRM(SFDC).

One thing is quite clear that the job would be executed once in an hour ,through management console  and only the changed data from sharepoint files need to picked in.

Also for sharepoint , Webservices need to be invoked.

Also for Slaes force CRM,Adapters is also one of the possibilites to upsert the data

Please help us in integrating BODS with these systems.

Also suggest if Real time job is needed or job can be done be done by  a batch job.

Any help  in terms of links to document or even a clue will be highly appreciated.
