Please follow the below steps to have the relation between Coupon Campaign - Sales Order & products:
1. Make sure you have the linkage between Condition Maintenance Group (1200 - for Campaign Management) and the MArketing Planning (Trade Promotion)
SPRO Path: Trade Promotion Managemrent --> Trade Promotion --> Condition Maintenance --> Assign Condition maintenance Group.
2. HAve the Campaign Specific COndition Type (1201) as part of your Priicng Procdure.
3. Create a Campaign with Products defined in it for whoch Discounts should be made applicabl;e.
3.B. Share the Coupon COde to the TArget Group.
4. Assign the Discount Condition Type in the Discounts Asst. Block in the Campaign.
5. Assign the Dicount to the Products as required (Say 10 %).
6. Now in a web Commerce scenario once the Customer updates the Shopping basket and assign the Coupon Code, then the sales order gets created with the reduced price.
